Program Terms for the Crown Ambassador Program
Welcome to the Crown Ambassador Program operated by CrownThrive, LLC. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a successful partnership and clarify what is expected from both parties.
1. ) Eligibility: To be eligible for our program, you must be 18 years of age or older and have an active website or social media presence relevant to our brand and products. CrownThrive, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
2. ) Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission between 15% to 30% for life on all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link. The commission rate is subject to change, and affiliates will be notified of any adjustments.
3.) Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid every month, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $1000. Payments will be made via the method specified in the affiliate dashboard.
4.) Affiliate Obligations: As a Crown Ambassador, you agree to use marketing and promotional materials provided by CrownThrive, LLC appropriately and lawfully. You should also adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding online marketing and advertising.
5.) Content Guidelines: All content created by affiliates should be professional, brand-aligned, and free from any offensive or misleading information. CrownThrive, LLC must approve any use of our brand name, logo, or other proprietary materials in advance.
6.) Confidentiality: Affiliates must keep any information regarding their affiliate terms, commission rates, and sales data confidential and not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from CrownThrive, LLC.
7.) Term and Termination: This agreement is effective upon your acceptance as an affiliate and will end when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
8.) Liability: CrownThrive, LLC will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website.
9.) Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Continuing participation in the program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
10.) Marketing Consent: By joining the Crown Ambassador Program, you consent to receive marketing communications from CrownThrive, LLC related to your affiliate account, program updates, and promotional opportunities.
